Everything you need to fish is provided, including all tackle and fishing equipment. Your crew will set you up, provide guidance throughout the tour and help make the experience easy and enjoyable.
Can the crew prepare the fish I catch?
Yes. Fish suitable for keeping can be expertly filleted and cleaned by your crew, ready for you to take away and enjoy.
How long is the Half Day Fishing tour?
The fishing experience runs for approximately four hours, with both morning and afternoon departures available from Hamilton Island. It’s the perfect length for fitting some fishing into your island holiday while still leaving plenty of time for other activities.
Is the fishing tour suitable for children?
Yes, the Half Day Fishing tour is a great experience for families, with child rates available for children aged 6 to 14 years. The small-group format allows our crew to provide plenty of personalised guidance and assistance.
What should I bring on the fishing tour?
Bring a refillable water bottle, hat, sunscreen, suitable footwear such as thongs or sandals, your camera and warm clothing during the cooler months. Drinks and snacks are also available for purchase on board. No BYO.
