As a family-owned and operated business, this recognition means a lot to us. For almost 30 years, we’ve shared our passion for the Whitsundays with visitors from around the world, bringing together adventure, education and a personal touch aboard our yellow boats.
That passion runs through our whole team. From our skippers and eco hosts sharing their knowledge on the water to our reservations, maintenance, catering, marketing and office teams working behind the scenes, everyone plays a part in making an Ocean Rafting day happen.
This award belongs to all of them. The early starts, the preparation, the care for our guests and the pride they take in their work all help create the experience we’re so proud to offer.
Our small group adventures give our crew the chance to get to know our guests, share a laugh and bring the Whitsundays to life. Whether helping someone through their first snorkel or sharing stories about the islands and reef, it’s their enthusiasm that makes those moments special.
We also put time and care into training our team, helping them build the confidence and knowledge to share this incredible region and inspire our guests to care for it too.
