TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Rafting Squad discounts are only available for local residents living within 4737 – 4820 postal codes.
- Upon check in passengers must provide Rafting Squad membership card (or collect from office on day of travel) and proof of local residential address – photo ID with full name and local address (this can be provided in the form of a drivers license, utilities bill, rates notice etc.)
- Membership card will be mailed to you based on the address details provided.
- Bookings must be made direct by calling the Ocean Rafting reservations team on (07) 4946 6848 in advance and are subject to availability.
- 50% off birthday offer is valid for Ocean Rafting tour (Northern Exposure tour or Southern Lights tour) only and travel must be within 7 days prior to, or 7 days after birthday, subject to availability.
- All public holidays incur a surcharge of $20 per adult, $10 per child and $50 per family (2ad and 2ch) on Rafting Squad bookings, including FOC birthday travel offer.
- Fresh tropical lunch pack and sun suit/ wet suit are additional extras, except for the Ocean Rafting Fly + Raft package whereby they are included.
- Drinks, snacks, merchandise and purchase of photos are not included but are available for sale.
- Loyalty offers and benefits apply only to the card holder and cannot be used by any other person.
- Card holders must be over the age of 16.
- Family packages are valid for one card holder, plus one adult and 2 children.
- Child price is between the age of 2 – 14 years old.
- Loyalty card not valid for any other Ocean Rafting package other than those listed.

- Rafting Squad membership is valid for two years. If members card is lost within two years, the member must pay $5 for a replacement card. After two years of valid membership, Ocean Rafting will contact you to re-confirm details and extend membership.
